Incorporated by a group of elite mathematicians and mathematics educators, renowned university education professional, best-selling textbook author, subject teachers and education management professionals, MathConcept has been dedicated in providing all-round learning experiences in mathematics.

MathConcept was first founded in Olympian City of Hong Kong in May 2010. We currently have several learning centers located at different districts, with more than 8,000 students in the region. Till now, MathConcept has developed a sophisticated base of teaching material, with more than 100,000 pages of courseware and 104 publications, satisfying the needs of both local and international school students in Hong Kong covering curriculums from kindergarten to various high school levels.

MathConcept 由一群資深數學教學專家創辦，成員包括香港著名大學現職教育學系高級講師、暢銷中小學教科書作者、資深數學教師及教學管理專才，致力為 3 至 18 歲學生提供專業及全面的數學培訓。

2010 年 5 月，首家「MathConcept Learning Center」於奧海城正式開幕。目前 MathConcept 分校遍佈於全港多個地區，超過 8,000 名學生報讀。本校教學團隊投入大量資源，由零開始，撰寫教材，開發針對香港市場的營運及評估系統。時至今日，「MathConcept」擁有超過 10 萬張專業教材，岀版 104 本註冊書刊，滿足 3 至 18 歲的本地及國際學校學生的不同需要，致力培育每一個孩子。

We teach what you need to learn

Students are evaluated with a written and verbal assessment unique to “MATHCONCEPT Diagnostic Test”. Based on their assessment results, we assemble a tailored learning plan just for them designed to close any educational gaps that they may have and jump ahead when they are ready for advanced math challenges. Students engage, one on one, in a unique combination of verbal, visual, tactile, and written exercises that cover and surpass the tailored learning plan. Presumed types of knowledge are blended with a program specifically designed to help students build mathematical concepts and principles by showing them how they work.

• Responsible for the daily teaching by using the MathConcept approach, improving, consolidating and enhancing teaching quality.
• Possess strong communication skill in both English and Chinese, communicate with parents proactively.
• Provide a “Happy Learning” environment to motivate and encourage students to solve Mathematics problems.

Course Contents

Target:

3~5 years old (K1~K.3 students).

Assessment:

Students will take a Diagnostic Test. A tailored learning plan will be made.

Schedule:

Once a week, 1hr per lesson. Flexible and convenient scheduling.

Class Size:

1 tutor to 4~6 students.

• 依據香港課程發展議會最新頒布的「中小學數學課程指引及綱要」編撰，完全配合香港課程需要。
• 具備完善評估系統，度身訂造個人學習計劃，百分百因材施教。
• 學生可按個人需要，靈活調動及增加課堂，「拔尖補底」無難度！
• 教材備有中文版及英文版，配合本地中、英文學校學生需要。
• 小學的應用題採用中英對照編寫，為將來升讀英中早作準備。
• 課程混合使用「International Program」專用教材，提升學習成效。

專為香港P.1~F.3中、英文學校學生而設。

學前評估：

學生先經專業學前評估，度身訂造個人學習計劃。

上課時間：

每週1~2堂，每堂1~2小時。學生可按實際需要，自行編定上課時間。

「奧數」絕非尖子的學習專利，「競賽」亦非研習奧數的唯一目標！我們以普及奧數教學為目標，訓練學生多元的解難技巧，多角度地思考問題；鍛練邏輯推理思維，激發創新意念；增強學生理解、分析、組織及表達能力。

• 「A+奧數」是唯一根據香港「小學及初中數學課程指引」自編開發的奥數教程，學生研習奥數的同時，相應切合學校課程要求，校內成績定必更加理想。
• 課程由294課專業教程組成，按程度分為七級；每級按難度分為「暑期、基礎、進階、競賽」4階段課程；由「暑期」興趣班開始，繼而深入探究。
• 教程融入日常生活常識，引發共鳴，採用「螺旋式教學法」，深入淺出，愉快學習。遠勝坊間那些「左抄右襲，簡體教材，以難掛帥」的奥數課程。

對象：

課程共分七級，每級分為「暑期、基礎、進階、競賽」4階段課程；適合小一至初中學生修讀。

暑期課程：

旨在讓學生認識奥數，培養學習興趣。無需學前評估，歡迎任何學生報讀，按年級分班。7月中開課，8月底前完成。全期6堂，每堂90分鐘。

基礎課程：

完成「暑期課程」者，或通過「學前評估」入學。9月開課，全期12堂，每週1堂，每堂90分鐘。

進階課程：

完成「基礎課程」者，或通過「學前評估」入學。12月開課，全期12堂，每週1堂，每堂90分鐘。

競賽課程：

完成「進階課程」者，或通過「學前評估」入學。畢業學員具備足夠能力，應對坊間主流奧數公開比賽。3月開課，全期12堂，每週1堂，每堂90分鐘。
